Gratitude

Each day, you can write one short note about what you're grateful for. It's one box of free text: no prompts and no list.

Open Today and tap Gratitude, next to Inventory. Today's day arrows work the same way here: go back to a day you missed and write it then. The heart is filled in when the day you're looking at already has a note.

A note is only saved once you write something. Open it and leave it empty and nothing is kept; clear the text and the note is removed.

Sending a note

Under the text box, Send to my sponsor or a sponsee lets you pick one person and opens a text message for you to read and send. Only your current sponsor and the people you sponsor, who have a phone number saved, are listed. The message is plain text and says who it's from, using the name in Settings. Nothing is sent until you press send yourself.

A daily reminder

Settings has a Daily gratitude reminder, off unless you turn it on, with its own time. It's separate from the inventory reminder.

Where it's kept

Like your inventory, your gratitude notes stay on your device, and in your own iCloud if backup is on. They're included in Export my data, and cleared by Clear my history and Reset everything.
